Fun Times with the Bug

Here's some video clips of this past weekend, to go along with the pictures below. Bailey LOVES popcorn. So do I. So on Friday night, after her bubble bath, we popped a batch and watched her favorite Baby Einstein movie, "Baby Wordsworth". On Saturday, we had a barbecue, and you can most definitely hear that midwestern accent of mine when I say, "Bailey, are we having a BARBECUE?" Oh man, I though my accent bit the dust, but no, it is still there. Bailey also learned to dip her cookies from her daddy...she hasn't quite mastered the technique, and we end up fishing her soggy cookie out of her milk regularly. Bailey has also taken a liking to wearing "panties", even though she isn't potty trained. Where did she learn this word, "panties"? Ugh, I swore as a teenage girl that I would never teach my children that word, just like I swore I would never use the combination of my spit and my thumb to wash my kid's face. And on Sunday, we had a picnic down the road from our house. Jeff tried to narrate...but he hates his voice on video, so he's a bit embarrassed about it. Finally, on Sunday night we had our friend Wayne over for dinner. Bailey loves Wayne! And when he had a bowl of ice cream in his lap, Bailey wanted some. He asks, "What do you say?" and she responded by flashing her chest. Where does she learn these things? We teach "please" and "thank you" not stripping!
